S'more Waffle Puff

If you're on Instagram or really any social media you've probably seen waffle puff desserts in the hands of what I consider very lucky people. And if you're like me you thought, where are they buying those? Well look no further! I've got a delicious recipe for you that combines a classic summer treat with this trendy waffle! What is so wonderful about this dessert is that you make it how YOU want it. Yes, you need to follow the waffle batter recipe. But when you top it, you do as much or as little of the toppings as you want! Make sure to check out my suggestions below the recipe to change things up and create even more decadent waffles!

S'more Waffle Puff Makes: 2 waffles Batter 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 teaspoon cornstartch 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 egg, lightly beaten 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup water 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 Tablespoons melted butter Toppings 4-6 Tablespoons marshmallow fluff 1 Hershey chocolate bar 2-4 Tablespoons graham cracker crumbs 2-4 Tablespoons dark chocolate sauce 1. Preheat your Pampered Chef waffle puff pan over medium heat. 2. In a large bowl combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, cornstarch, salt, and sugars. Whisk to combine these ingredients. 3. In a separate bowl lightly whisk together the egg, heavy cream, water, vanilla and melted butter. 4. Pour the liquid into the dry ingredients. Whisk the ingredients together until incorporated. 5. Spray the inside of the heated waffle puff pan with vegetable oil. 6. Pour 3/4 cup batter into the pan, spreading out only slightly with a rubber spatula. Close the top plate of the pan and flip entire pan over. Cook on medium heat for 3 1/2 minutes. Flip it back over and cook another 3 to 3 1/2 minutes. 7. Carefully remove the waffle from the pan and roll it into a cone (be gentle because the dough is fragile) and place it in a classic ice cream glass container. If you don't have that you can lay it flat on a plate or fit it into a bowl. 8. While still hot, top your waffle with 2 - 3 Tablespoons marshmallow fluff. 9. Then top with 6 pieces from the Hershey chocolate bar. 10. Sprinkle with 1-2 Tablespoons graham cracker crumbs. 11. Drizzle with 1 to 2 Tablespoons good-quality dark chocolate ice cream topping. Make it your own!

  • Instead of using Hershey chocolate bar pieces, use Nutella or Andes Mint Chocolate pieces

  • Instead of marshmallow fluff, roast marshmallows on a Silpat or in an oven-safe non-stick pan under the broiler to get toasty marshmallows.

  • Love some crunch? Use broken pieces of graham crackers instead of crumbs as the topping. (You have to use the crumbs in the batter)

  • Try adding broken Oreos and Nutter Butters as a topping!

  • Instead of the dark chocolate sauce, add a raspberry or strawberry sauce.

  • Feeling a little nutty? Warm some peanut butter and drizzle it over the top!
