Peanut Butter Cup Oats

With school in full swing, quick breakfasts are a must for kids and parents. And if you're like me, making a full on breakfast every morning isn't an option. That's where this delicious and healthy breakfast comes in. Mix it all up the night before, place it in the fridge overnight and you and your little one can enjoy a protein packed breakfast that will fill you up until lunch!



Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats Yield: 1 large serving 1 cup quick oats 1/4 cup PB2 (peanut butter powder) 1 scoop KidzShake Chocolate Protein Powder Kosher salt, to taste 1 cup low fat milk 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon honey, optional 1. In a large food storage container mix together the oats, PB2, protein powder and a pinch of salt. 2. To the dry ingredients add the milk, yogurt, vanilla and honey, if using. Mix well, cover and place in fridge overnight. 3. In the morning stir oats and add milk if you want a thinner consistency.
